Position Summary
To act as the dedicated marketing resource for ROW (Rest of World), responsible for enabling markets to deliver revenue and passenger sourcing targets through high-impact, low-cost, and scalable marketing activity.
Operating within a complex matrix organisation, this role will influence global, regional, and local teams to ensure ROW markets receive the marketing support required to drive trade sales performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end ROW marketing approach, translating commercial priorities into focused, deliverable marketing plans across prioritised markets in EMEA, APAC and LACAR
- Act as the central point of coordination for all marketing into ROW markets, ensuring alignment across Brand, Digital, CRM, PR and Trade teams
- Drive maximum impact from marketing budgets, prioritising high-ROI activity, optimisation, and alternative demand drivers (CRM, partnerships, trade activation)
- Influence global and regional teams to secure appropriate campaign support, assets, and investment for ROW markets, despite competing priorities
- Enable Sales and Trade teams by delivering practical, scalable marketing toolkits and campaigns that drive partner engagement and bookings, with the majority of materials designed to be generic and adaptable across markets
- Work closely with UK&I Trade Marketing to optimise activity for ROW, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable outcomes
- Support growth of direct-to-consumer demand through CRM and digital channels, leveraging existing assets and capabilities when strategically relevant
- Ensure effective localisation and adaptation of global campaigns and core assets, balancing brand consistency with local market relevance and the practical need for scalable materials across the majority of ROW markets
- Create or adapt marketing materials where needed using relevant design and content tools, including Photoshop or similar software
- Establish a clear performance management framework, tracking activity effectiveness and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Provide data-led insight and recommendations to the Senior Director to inform strategy, prioritisation, and investment decisions
- Operate with high levels of autonomy, prioritisation, and resourcefulness to deliver results with constrained resources
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years' marketing experience, ideally in an international or multi-market environment
- Photoshop or similar design tools, with the ability to create or adapt marketing materials as required
- Experience operating in a matrix organisation with indirect stakeholder management
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue delivery over activity output
- Proven ability to deliver results with limited budgets and resources
- Highly effective at influencing without authority across multiple teams and markets
- Experience in trade and partner-led marketing environments
- Strong understanding of CRM and digital channels as cost-efficient growth drivers
- Excellent prioritisation and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to simplify complexity and create practical, scalable solutions for markets
- Resilient, proactive and solutions-orientated mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
