The Role:

The Senior Account Executive for PreCruise Product Marketing helps develop pre-cruise marketing campaigns for onboard revenue products including Spa, Dining, Drinks, Shore Excursions, Laundry, Cell Phone, Art, and more. Under the direction of the CRM Manager and NA Senior Pre-Cruise Marketing, this role ensures robust, consistent, and fully integrated plans. Managing local currency nuances, unique legal requirements and local commercial goals is key to the operation. Driving orders and increased order value through the Ecommerce platform is critical to success. The Sr AE is responsible for the creation of all channel briefs, AEM merchandising, Flash Sale support, QA, testing and partnering with the Ecomm and digital marketing teams to ensure all compliance and communication is aligned to meet PCP targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the NA team and global markets to execute PCP marketing programs
  • Drive forwards local market PCP strategy, in partnership with other teams, to ensure maximum growth and performance
  • Supports all QA/testing efforts when a new promotion goes live or a new web enhancement is implemented
  • Works with analytic and insight groups to identify areas of product opportunity or weakness relevant to local markets early on to proactively address with effective marketing actions
  • Develops detailed timelines to ensure all stakeholders are aware of go-live dates
  • Works with internal creative teams to brief and oversee the development of assets to support communication plans
  • Responsible for inputting creative requests into Workfront, the marketing project management system and Jira for web
  • Responsible for tracking progress with the Project Management team to ensure that deadlines and approval milestones are met
  • Ensures the accuracy of PCP product-related information across the company; working to immediately resolve misinformation or  consumer confusion which may arise in the call center and through our trade marketing channels
  • Senior stakeholder management - responsible for regularly working with and reporting to various stakeolders varying seniority

Qualification and Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, digital retail marketing, call center or hotel operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple products
  • Ease, working with data, including standard email engagement metrics and analytics tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel etc.

 

Working Conditions:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to communicate effectively with various departments within the organization. Travel 25% of the time. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, possibly travel domestic and international.
