Role Summary:

As a Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant at Silversea, you will manage high-value, emotionally driven sales conversations with discerning guests considering once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. This is not transactional sales. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust quickly, uncover emotional motivations, navigate complex decision-making, and confidently guide guests through premium purchase decisions that often carry personal, aspirational, and legacy significance. You will combine influence-based selling, storytelling, and consultative expertise with disciplined pipeline management to convert interest into long-term guest relationships, repeat business, and advocacy for the Silversea brand. Success in this role is measured by meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

What we’re looking for:
Required

- Excellent spoken and written English
- CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail

- Real estate sales
- Private banking / financial services
- Luxury automotive or high-end retail
- Sales positions maintaining monthly sales between $500K and $1M USD
- Membership, lifestyle, or advisory sales roles
- Luxury or premium hospitality
