This position will be working onsite from Miami.

 

Position Summary:

 

The Lead, Consumer Insights and Analytics plays a critical role within the Global Media & Customer Strategy organization, leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, audience strategy, guest acquisition, and commercial performance. This role develops scalable analytics solutions, self-service tools, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across Media & Customer Strategy. The role partners closely with Media, CRM, Consumer Insights, Brand Marketing, Revenue Management, Onboard Revenue, and Contact Center teams to identify growth opportunities and improve data-driven decision making across the guest lifecycle.

 

They will help build the foundations of the recently formed Strategic Analytics team by consolidating information from both external sources and sources across the RCG portfolio to develop powerful views and insights on a regular basis.The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, curiosity, and storytelling skills to translate complex data into strategies that drive measurable business impact and inform ongoing and future marketing strategies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about guest-centric analytics and the travel industry, deriving insights to help create new and exciting strategies and help Celebrity better understand, reach and engage guests.
  • Apply findings from benchmarking, research, trend forecasting, marketing performance, and guest behavior to support near- and long-term marketing and business strategies.
  • Develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and self-service tools that enable Media & Customer Strategy, CRM, Consumer Insights, and other Marketing partners to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Apply AI, automation, machine learning models, and emerging analytical tools where appropriate to enhance Celebrity’s ability to answer marketing and Commercial business questions, improve analytical efficiency, and scale repeatable insights.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment across various types of data, databases, and desktop research.
  • Build strong business acumen across Media, Customer Strategy, Revenue Management, Onboard Revenue, Contact Center, and other Commercial partners to connect marketing activity, guest behavior, and business performance into a simplified story.
  • Develop and measure KPIs that support Media & Customer Strategy priorities while identifying opportunities that may benefit adjacent Commercial teams.
  • Democratize insights by translating complex analyses into clear recommendations, recurring performance views, and self-service resources that can be used by Media & Customer Strategy and relevant Commercial partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and share new analyses, updates, and growth opportunities that enrich the organization’s knowledge and improve decision-making.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; a minimum of five years of related analytics experience and/or training.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong PC skills are required.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Ability to identify the root cause of complex problems, develop options, and recommend solutions.
  • Strategic Analytics: Data combined with critical thinking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
  • Presentation: Strong aptitude to transform complex data analyses into simple, concise, and engaging stories that bring insights to the forefront.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with various teams to align and influence strategic decision-making process.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring data and insights presented are accurate.
  • Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience using LLMs for data analysis, AI-based coding agents, and Python/R strongly preferred.
