Royal Caribbean Group’s Hong Kong office has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Business Development reporting to the Managing Director, Hong Kong.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective of this role is to meet and exceed the annual guest and revenue targets assigned for the Taiwan market. The manager shall also be involved in forming the mid- to long-term strategic directions across all sales channels.
- Assess and capitalize sales and marketing opportunities
- Develop and manage trade relations
- Secure optimal business commitments from key accounts
- Formulate effective sales and marketing campaigns with the trade
- Act as the ambassador of the Company at key industry and trade events
- Responsible for complete knowledge of all products and services
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- 5+ years of successful sales track record, preferably in the cruise or travel industry
- Extensive experience in key account management
- Results-driven mindset with proven commercial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude
