Specialist, Shared Services
Position Summary:
As a Shared Services Specialist, you will work in the Service Department, providing business support services to internal teams, such as supporting the Travel Sales Support Department and Direct Sales Department, while effectively communicating with other departments within the company to achieve maximum support for the GTS department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiar with all kinds of company products
- Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.
- Provide support and services to various departments within the organization, including GTS, Finance, Ship, Cruise Terminal and other teams
- Internal and external business communication via phone or email
- Assist with the sailing report collection, organization, and analysis of data
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of tasks completed and accurate
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Be involved in the completion of company’s projects and related tasks
Financial Responsibilities
Following cash application and refund process, daily fill in finance form.
Make account receivable and apply into system on time.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above, CET 4
- 1–2-year related working experience required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Be proactive and supportive
- In-depth knowledge of booking tools
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent team player.
- Good English in Listening & Writing.
- Strong Excel/Word skills (such as tabulation, Vlookup skills, etc.)
- Ability to work independently under pressure or as part of a team
