Senior Executive, Brand and Trade MKT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
[Trade Marketing]
- Work with MKT director, TMKT Head and peers to support the trade partners marketing activities, incl. but not limited to livestream, store program, gift management and etc..
- Plan the livestream mechanism to encourage the trade partners to promote our product on social platforms in the way we want under brand guidelines. Design and land the livestream guide to trade partners and live-streamers both for onboard livestream and for other occasions.
- Plan the trade 2C offline activities incl. but not limited in store program, and tea parties.
- Gift planning and management to support both 2B and 2C trade events and activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with the sales team for key projects and daily work.
[Brand and Product Marketing]
- Development of key product marketing communication content assets – destination and seasonal to help drive product awareness and demand.
- Provide key support on branding initiatives, like key branding sponsorship project and its execution. Support line Manager with vendor management and the advancement of internal workflows.
- Participate in the execution of strategic co-branding partnerships and drive the corresponding internal approval and implementation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 years’ progressive experience in marketing, trade marketing or travel related territory. Travel category or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding on trade channels, cruise category experience is a plus.
- Content generation skill
- Strong executional skill with attention to detail and good time control.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to collaborate with both internal and external teams.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to write and present in English.
