Senior Manager, Consumer Sales
Royal Caribbean Group is a New York Stock Exchange-quoted global cruise vacation company that controls and operates three global brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. Together these brands operate a combined total of over 60 ships. They operate diverse itineraries around the world that call on all seven continents.
Silversea is looking for a Consumer Sales, Senior Manager to lead our Australian team.
Role Responsibilities:

Support and manage a high-functioning sales team to drive new revenue, liaising with market leaders to establish, grow and maintain the consumer sales function.

Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly goal attainment and performance, spotting opportunities to ensure Sales Coaches/Consultants are optimizing short term and long term Revenue performance

Effectively communicate the vision and mission for the Consumer Sales team with particular focus on revenue growth, leads management, execution of call campaigns, new business model creation and cost of sale reductions.

Create measurable action plans that drive results by designing, producing and implementing performance programs to meet sales needs

Evaluate Lead Management Strategy, ensuring maximization of all lead sources and striving for continuous increase of our conversion rate and call campaigns managed rate

Foster continued growth of department by exceeding set goals.

Collaborating and communicating with MD on trends and identifying future business developments & opportunities to increase ROIs

Support the maintenance and compliance of an annual operating budget.

Closely coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, Corporate Guests Relations and other key areas to maximize Consumer Sales efficiencies for the company to maximize sales, streamline service and optimize consistencies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Years of experience:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience, preferably in cruise outbound sales.
- Must have previous experience managing a call centre
Essential qualifications and skills:
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Strong understanding of the luxury market
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proven supervisory experience with all levels of staff
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform analysis using analytic tools
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to tactfully deal with internal and external contacts both domestic and international.
• Must possess a positive, team-player attitude.
