Specialist, PPC Quality Assurance
Position overview:
- Assist in Flash Sale process by completing morning pricing QA in our website before sale launch.
- Complete QA web applications (MCC & App)
- Complete Email QA
- When the hero is dynamic by meta region, check that the image matches the meta (should be listed in the SL section of the proof or can check in the footer of the email)

- Confirm that any other dynamic tiles are functioning properly (i.e. purchase/upgrade tiles, suppressions, etc.)
- Proofread all copy in the email
- Confirm TCs are for the correct sale
- Ensure all links lead to the correct landing pages
- Cross reference with CWS and intake form that all tiles/discounts are correct
- Send proofs to global PCP team
- Communicate incidents and solutions, accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone across interdisciplinary teams.
- Triage and fast analysis of incidents/problems, find ad-hoc solutions/workarounds.
