Royal Caribbean Group’s Crew Readiness Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Project Based, Specialist Crew Readiness.

PROJECT SCOPE:

Crew Documentation & Readiness


1. Ensure all crew members have the necessary documents for their joining port by requesting, verifying, and validating them in CTRAC.
2. Communicate with crew members via email or phone to follow up on required documentation.
3. Monitor and review the list of expected joiners, identifying crew members who require a visa and facilitating advance appointment requests when applicable.
4. Process online and manual visa appointments and applications.
5. Request and coordinate supporting documents, including Letters of Invitation for Visa Applications, Visa on Arrival (VOA) arrangements, and OK to Board clearances from port agents. Additionally, prepare and issue Letters of Guarantee (LOG) for visa processing.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide updates on crew readiness status.
7. Maintain and update internal trackers for monitoring and visibility.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned. This job description does not imply that these are the only responsibilities of the role; employees may be required to undertake other job-related tasks as directed by their supervisor or management.

 

  1. Project Duration:
  • The Project based employment can be pre-terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of three (3) months maximum of (1) year, whichever comes earlier.
