Outbound Sales Executive
IMPORTANT: This role is an ON-SITE, office-based role in Makati and is NOT a shipboard opportunity.
Position Overview:
The Outbound Sales Executive is a high-performing consultative sales professional responsible for proactively generating and converting outbound sales opportunities for Silversea’s ultra-luxury cruise experiences.
This role is designed for experienced outbound sales professionals who demonstrate a strong track record in high-conversion consultative sales environments, particularly within luxury travel, hospitality, financial services, real estate, or other premium sectors involving high-value purchasing decisions.
Unlike traditional outbound sales roles focused primarily on volume-based lead conversion, this position requires the ability to engage affluent and high-net-worth clientele, manage longer and more complex decision journeys, and convert premium leads into confirmed bookings through a highly personalised and consultative sales approach.
This will play a critical role in supporting the Americas consumer sales strategy, contributing directly to revenue growth by converting qualified leads and nurturing client relationships aligned with the Silversea ultra-luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales & Revenue Generation
- Proactively manage outbound sales opportunities across the Americas market through targeted outreach to qualified prospects and existing leads.
- Engage with prospective guests through highly consultative sales conversations focused on understanding travel aspirations, lifestyle preferences, and luxury expectations.
- Present and position Silversea’s luxury cruise experiences in a compelling and personalised manner aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Manage the full consultative sales cycle from initial engagement through booking confirmation.
- Convert high-value enquiries and opportunities into revenue while maintaining strong conversion ratios.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and repeat guests by providing a highly personalised and attentive sales experience.
- Build trust with clients through product expertise, destination knowledge, and an understanding of luxury travel expectations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to nurture opportunities through longer and more complex decision-making cycles.
Sales Performance & Commercial Accountability
- Consistently achieve or exceed defined revenue targets, productivity metrics, and conversion benchmarks.
- Maintain a high level of commercial discipline in managing leads, pipeline activity, and conversion opportunities.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for revenue contribution and sales outcomes.
Lead Management & Pipeline Development
- Effectively manage and prioritise qualified leads provided through marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries, and outbound initiatives.
- Maintain an organised and accurate sales pipeline through the company’s CRM system.
- Track and manage lead progression through the full sales funnel.
Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of Silversea’s luxury cruise offerings, itineraries, destinations, and onboard experiences.
- Understand key differentiators of the ultra-luxury cruise market and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective guests.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor positioning within the luxury travel sector.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Planning, and Sales Leadership to optimise lead conversion strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on lead quality, guest insights, and conversion trends to support continuous improvement of sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in outbound consultative sales within a high-value or premium sales environment.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving strong sales conversion performance.
- Experience selling luxury products or services, including travel, hospitality, real estate, financial services, or other premium sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage longer and more complex sales cycles.
- Experience engaging with affluent or high-net-worth clientele is highly desirable.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant experience in consultative sales environments is highly valued
