Job Title: Sourcer
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for shipboard roles globally, including high-volume and specialized positions.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Builds and maintains proactive talent pipelines for critical shipboard roles, ensuring a consistent flow of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Executes targeted recruitment campaigns for emerging talent, new builds, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Posts job advertisements across multiple platforms and ensures visibility in key talent markets.
- Partners with the recruitment team to identify sourcing gaps and recommend strategies to improve talent supply.
- Provides market insights and analysis, including hiring trends, labor market conditions, and competitor benchmarking, to optimize recruitment strategies.

- Assists recruiters in evaluating candidates for specific hiring campaigns and provides recommendations for further consideration.
- Ensures all sourcing activities comply with international labor standards and maritime employment regulations.

- Contributes to positive candidate experiences by providing timely communication, guidance, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Project Details / Outline
This is a temporary Sourcer position to assist Shipboard Talent Acquisition with fulfilling the growing hiring needs within Culinary, Marine, Casino, Security, and Youth Staff. Temporary Sourcers will work alongside our current inhouse recruiting teams to provide augmented support for shipboard recruitment to hire for roles in various markets, including but not limited to, the EMEA and America regions.
- Project Duration:
- The Project based employment can be pre-terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of three (3) months maximum of six (6) months, whichever comes earlier.
