This position is responsible for providing QA, finance, and data support to the Shore Excursions team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, creating promo rules, QA results visible for the customers, managing performance of 4K tours with $600M annual revenue and performing other ad-hoc tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
- Assists in Flash Sale process by completing pricing QA on our website before sale launch.
- Completes different QA support as required (not limited to web applications).
- Communicates incidents and solutions, accurately, clearly, and effectively in writing, in person, and on the phone across interdisciplinary teams.
- Manages pricing, inventory, and promotions in multiple systems.
- Updates guest bookings by adding Shore Excursions based on cross promotions.
- Participates in ad hoc projects to maximize revenue and reduce costs in the shore excursions.
- Provides support to tour operators regarding invoices and/or payment inquiries, system access, and any other query impacting the financial area of the tour operators.
- Conducts reviews and checks of reports and data sets for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
- Generates basic reports on findings

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, patience and persistence
- High-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of AS400, Hybris, Oracle Database, SQL are a plus
- Strong critical thinking
- Flexible working hours, night shifts
