  • Conduct detailed PNR audits to validate data flow across Sabre, JDE, TravelMart, and AFMS.
  • Perform detailed checks and balances for AFMS exceptions, including debit memos, refunds, and other back‑office workflows.
  • Develop and maintain custom SABRE PFKEYS, Quick Keys, and Script Builder configurations to optimize frontline workflows.
  • Extract and interpret operational data from JDE, Sabre booking robotics, AFMS, ARC, and internal systems to support policy and process refinement.
  • Own the standard cost setup process for new builds in JDE (E1), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for all air systems to standardize operations and ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Support shipboard crew by providing ad hoc issue resolution, including troubleshooting, escalations, and exception handling.
  • Provide analytics and insights to HR, Finance, Revenue, and the Air/Sea department to ensure alignment on workforce movement, budget, and operational priorities.
  • Execute strategic analyses—such as gateway modeling, logistic planning, and cost analysis—to support network planning and cost efficiency.
  • Support and maintain mission-critical systems related to crew movement and compliance (e.g., CBP requirements, parameter updates).
  • Provide on‑call availability 24/7, including holidays and weekends, to respond to operational emergencies, system outages & disruptions and automation failures.
