POSITION SUMMARY
At Royal Caribbean, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Australian team on a 6-month paid Internship program. As a multiple department Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into various functions within our organisation, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop a broad skill set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As part of this programme, you will gain work experience (but not limited to): Brand Management, Commercial Planning, Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations (PR), and champion our corporate values.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Completing final year of undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, and/or quantitative degree program or a Master’s degree
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

WORKING ENVIROMENT
This role will be based in our North Sydney office. Working hours are 8:30-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be immersed in a culture of inclusivity, diversity and belongingness.
