GTM Executive

The Marketing Executive, GTM, functions as an integral part of the Australian Marketing team and is responsible for executing projects related to campaign management, brand/product/retail updates, partnerships support, key partner liaison and delivery of partnership and broader marketing team projects. This role’s key objective is to work closely with the Senior GTM Executive and provide campaign and project support that drives increased brand awareness, preference, engagement and conversion primarily through direct channels. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior GTM Executive with managing brand campaign assets including:
    • Digital (web, display, edm, social)
    • Print (magazines, press, collateral)
    • OOH
    • Radio
    • Copy writing
  • Support the GTM Coordinator with managing retail campaign concepting and execution
  • Briefing the in-house Graphic Design team on campaign assets including key messaging, specifications and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Senior GTM Executive to develop marketing assets to support new product updates, guides and go-to-market e-toolkits.
  • Deliver partnership project deliverables of our key partners such as The Wiggles, Village Roadshow Theme Parks, the Brisbane Heat and more
    • Lead partnership campaign deliverables, including briefing, developing assets and providing feedback in line with brand guidelines
    • Assist with managing partnership events at third party venues
    • Assist with managing the partnerships calendar, keeping timings up to date
    • Organise and facilitate WIPs with key partners
    • Coordinating onboard events including liaising with shipboard staff
    • Support GTM Coordinator to deliver post campaign reports for key partnership initiatives
  • Liaise with key external vendor partners including printers, videographers and photographers to executive campaign projects and partnership initiatives
  • Keep abreast of market and industry trends with the ability to extract key insights
  • Be a brand custodian for Royal Caribbean International and provide brand guideline guidance to other team members and departments as required
  • Competition support including preparing terms and conditions and overseeing prize fulfilment in collaboration with the GTM Coordinator
  • Liaise with Agency partners on asset deliverables
  • Present marketing updates as required to internal marketing team and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a media/brand role
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital and/or tourism desirable.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. 
  • 1-2 years of stakeholder management experience in consumer marketing execution
  • Strong PC skills are required.
