Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays
Dates: June 1st - August 7th 2026
Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required

About the Program:
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. About the Department:
The Contracts & Compliance team oversees the cohesive contract management of all key vendor, partner, and licenses in support of Royal Fleet Entertainment for all 29+ Shipboard Entertainment Products for the Royal Caribbean Brands. The team oversee the general operation of various contracts including royalty licensing, broadcasting, services agreements and revenue partnerships. The Contracts and Compliance team work across the brands assisting the business teams in high level negotiations and understanding of all contract details and with external parties and vendors on contract executions, renewals and negotiations to ensure contracts are kept up to date, financial obligations are met and contractual obligations including reporting are made on time.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pre-law, Paralegel, or a related field with expected graduation date of May 2026

Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis

Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred

Previous experience in related areas
