Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Recruiting team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sourcer, PD reporting to the Dir, Shipboard Recruiting.
This position will reside in Nassau Bahamas and will sit in our main office.
Position Summary
The Sourcer executes all strategic sourcing activities in partnership with the Private Destinations talent acquisition initiatives across entry levels and functions.
The goal is to ensure that the organization can consistently proactively deploy the right people, in the right place, at the right time, at the most efficient cost, and for them to be fully engaged.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Builds and implements sourcing strategy.
- Understands and executes current trends and best practices in sourcing and talent attraction.
- Builds talent pipelines from various platforms such as social media, job boards, niche sites, and other similar platforms to implement sourcing strategy.
- Creates candidate pipeline ahead of need and real time.
- Leverages proprietary pipelines of candidates through our ATS and CRM.
- Collaborates with recruiters to develop market strategy, pipeline candidates, provide insights, and share competitive intelligence.
- Partners with the necessary team(s) to establish, develop, and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Provides support of inbound sourcing (candidate / req management) as needed.
- Assists with recruitment marketing and events initiatives.
- Help support candidates with applications.
- Assists with overseeing Smartsheet trackers.
- Meets operational business goals and KPI’s.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in working for a global/international or reputable local organization in the same capacity.
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated HRIS system as well as variety software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiar with social media and relevant company/brand efforts.
- Good working knowledge in recruitment strategies and talent pool management
- Knowledge of accepted human resources practices and the laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees globally.
- Must be tactful, resolute, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Must have a flexible approach to change, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and looks to the future.
- Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including management.
- Ability to work with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders in effective partnership.
