ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Senior Analyst, Brand and Product Marketing (Partnerships) supports the planning, activation, coordination, and performance measurement of Silversea's global brand partnerships portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Partnerships, this role plays a critical part in executing partnership initiatives that support awareness, guest engagement, acquisition, loyalty, and broader brand and commercial objectives.
Working closely with the Senior Director and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Analyst helps translate partnership strategies into actionable activation plans, experiences, content programs, events, and guest-facing initiatives. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day partnership operations, activation timelines, partner deliverables, reporting, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless execution and exceptional brand experiences.
This position requires strong project management, organizational, analytical, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, cultural, culinary, and experiential partners. The Senior Analyst contributes to partnership planning through research, performance analysis, and activation support while helping ensure partnerships deliver measurable results aligned to business objectives and brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution of Silversea's global brand partnerships portfolio across awareness, engagement, acquisition, loyalty, and guest experience initiatives.
- Assist in translating partnership strategies into activation plans, event concepts, content opportunities, guest experiences, and partner deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day coordination of partnership activations across Marketing, Communications, Events, Digital, Social Media, PR, Sales, Guest Experience, onboard teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Track activation timelines, project plans, contractual commitments, approval processes, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate partnership assets, deliverables, creative reviews, hospitality elements, guest touchpoints, and partner visibility requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorship activations, hosted experiences, events, and guest-facing programs.
- Maintain partnership calendars, activation schedules, documentation, scorecards, and relationship records.
- Support the operational management of a portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, culinary, cultural, wellness, and experiential partnerships.
- Assist in managing day-to-day communications with partners, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all partnership activities are executed consistently with Silversea's luxury brand standards and guest experience expectations.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure activations are integrated across owned, earned, paid, experiential, onboard, and digital channels.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor partnerships, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities to support partnership planning and decision-making.
- Support the development of partnership performance reports, scorecards, recap presentations, ROI analyses, and executive updates.
- Track partnership KPIs and activation results, helping identify successes, lessons learned, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and assist with performance measurement against defined business objectives and partnership goals.
- Analyze activation outcomes and provide recommendations to improve future partnership effectiveness and guest engagement.
- Monitor partnership budgets, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliation processes, and spend tracking.
- Assist with contract administration, documentation management, legal review coordination, and compliance requirements.
- Support budget forecasting and financial reporting processes for partnership initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of partner agreements, activation plans, reporting materials, and performance results.
- Support the Senior Director, Brand Partnerships in developing presentations, business cases, partner evaluations, and strategic planning materials.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for new partnership activations, creative concepts, guest experiences, and engagement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of partnership roadmaps and annual planning processes through research, reporting, and project coordination.
- Support strategic marketing initiatives and other projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience & Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, events, experiential marketing, hospitality, luxury marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting partnership activations, sponsorship programs, events, guest experiences, or strategic collaborations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, partners, and cross-functional business teams.
- Familiarity with partnership marketing, sponsorship activation, brand collaborations, and experiential programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present performance data and insights.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, partnership recaps, and executive-ready materials.
- Understanding of KPI tracking, reporting frameworks, performance measurement, and ROI analysis.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Understanding of luxury consumer expectations, hospitality, premium guest experiences, and brand standards.
- Financial literacy, including budget management, invoice processing, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong digital and marketing acumen, including familiarity with social, content, CRM, and experiential marketing channels.
- Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute both strategically and operationally.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
FINANCIAL/QUANTITIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports tracking of partnership budgets, activation costs, invoices, financial reconciliation, and spend against approved budget. Supports ROI analysis, performance tracking, scorecard development, and post-activation reporting to evaluate partnership effectiveness and inform future investment decisions.
