KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is intended for a professional experienced in managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and overseeing marketing strategies. The omnichannel campaign manager oversees cross-functional activities, streamline workflows, and works toward strategic goals while maintaining coordination across departments. With knowledge of creative processes, integrated marketing approaches, and various marketing channels, the manager applies organizational skills, problem-solving, and a customer-focused perspective. This role involves prioritizing and coordinating cross-department and cross-channel tasks towards an aligned strategy and go-to-market, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and implementing solutions that achieve measurable outcomes.
1. Project and Program Management
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams and competing priorities and go lives.
- Milestone Tracking: Ensure deadlines and deliveries are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Process Optimization: Develop frameworks and workflows to streamline go-to-market processes.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between marketing channels, itinerary planning, Sales, Revenue and E-commerce (as well as other key stakeholder teams when applicable).
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure strategic debriefing and alignment across teams, while maintaining open lines of communication.
3. Marketing Expertise
- Integrated Marketing Knowledge: Understand various marketing channel disciplines (e.g., content, digital, product, social, etc.) and how they contribute to our go-to-market strategies.
- Deep Comprehension of the End-to-End Creative Process: Expertise in the creative development process, ensuring alignment and collaboration among stakeholder teams involved in campaign production and integration.
- Channel Strategy: Ensure channels are activating channel plans against our aligned strategy including our target audience, goals, objectives, tactics and KPIs.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Keep the customer journey and experience at the core of every decision. Channel strategies and tactics must be aligned with the right customer journey stage.
4. Communication Skills
- Executive Communication: Develop project governance outputs and tools, provide updates regularly and clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of goals, plans, and progress.
5. Technology and Tools Proficiency
- Project Management Software: Experience with tools like Wrike, Smartsheet, and/or similar platforms to manage timelines, tasks, and collaboration effectively across cross-functional teams.
- SharePoint Expertise: Skilled in using SharePoint for seamless document sharing, collaboration, and centralized information management.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams for reporting, presentations, and team communication.
6. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
- Root Cause Analysis: Quickly identify the source of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Creative Thinking: Innovate new approaches to overcome roadblocks or resource constraints.
7. Results-Oriented Mindset
Focus on Outcomes: Prioritize activities that drive measurable results, such as revenue growth, market share, and/or product adoption. Partner with the right stakeholders to package results and takeaways in a clear and ongoing manner.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate processes and strategies to identify areas for enhancement
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field experience.
- 6+ years in marketing within the Luxury sector
- 5+ years in managing product campaigns
- Experience giving direction, coordinating workflow, and driving key decisions between go-to-market team members, internal stakeholders, channel owners, and creative team/agencies.
- Experience launching new and revamped consumer products into the marketplace.
- Well versed in channels including web, digital media, social media, out-of-home, email, print, and other mediums.
