KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will have the opportunity to oversee and drive strategic insights, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the market.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and manage comprehensive reports that summarize findings and recommendations, ensuring clarity and actionable insights. (Accountable for executing actions)
  • Conduct benchmarking against competitors to understand market positioning and identify areas for improvement. (Accountable for providing consultation)
  • Evaluate different scenarios to assess potential impacts on the business, facilitating informed decision-making. (Accountable for providing consultation)
  • Analyze itineraries to identify trends and opportunities that align with organizational goals. (Accountable for making decisions)
  • Assess unique products to determine their viability and market fit, supporting strategic planning initiatives. (Accountable for making decisions)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share analysis results and insights, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. (Accountable for being informed)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the analysis process. (Accountable for being informed)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • Quantitative degree (e.g. Engineering, Economics and equivalent)
  • Professional knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools/Software (Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Python, R, Azure Datalake, MS Flow)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Revenue Management, financial / business analysis or a related field
  • Must be able to demonstrate understanding of revenue management concepts and tools and demonstrate understanding of basic economics
  • Strong analytical skills and proactivity
  • Previous experience in implementing system enhancements and decision-making tools 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate data metrics to peers and upper management
  • Self-starter and be able to complete a project with little direction.  Furthermore, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize a heavy workload
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
  • Ability to collect, analyze and interpret revenue performance data
  • Project management experience
  • Attention to detail required Willingness to accept immediate product and project responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required)
