Royal Caribbean Group’s Information Technology Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Systems Engineer (End-User Engineering) reporting to the Manager, End User Engineering.

This role will work onsite in Miramar, Florida.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in End User Engineering in MSFT Windows & Apple MACs , with proven experience in managing and configuring End users’ devices  using Endpoint management tools. They should have also have a good understanding of networking and Window Server principles as it related to endpoint management.

• Software Deployment & App Packaging: Develop, test, and deploy application packages, security updates, and patches through MECM, Intune, and Jamf
• Automation & Scripting: Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate software deployments, system configurations, and compliance tasks
• System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Perform proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization for endpoint management infrastructure.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and process workflows for all endpoint management functions
• End User Support & Executive Support: Assist in escalated endpoint-related issue from the L1/L2 Desktop support teams

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Intune
• Experience: 5 years of experience in Microsoft endpoint management with a focus on MECM/SCCM, Intune
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system administration
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Knowledge of software distribution, Windows OS deployment, and driver management
• Understanding of networking principles related to endpoint management
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and enterprise security tools
• General knowledge of macOS, Jamf, and mobile device management (MDM) is a plus
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
