Royal Caribbean Group’s SSO Strategy & Analysis Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement reporting to the Director, Digital Shared Services.
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the procurement processes within the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite. This position is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring procurement modules, and driving system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement modules such as Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing, along with a strong understanding of procurement best practices. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable solutions, manage system upgrades, and provide end-user support and training. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules (e.g., Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze procurement requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and optimize procurement processes leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Manage system configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies within Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on procurement policies, procedures, and system capabilities.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training efforts for end users.
- Monitor and resolve procurement-related issues, ensuring timely support and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to support integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Finance, Projects, Inventory).
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during system implementations or upgrades.
- Assist with SOX audits and ensure compliance, including accurate expense tracking.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM, Procurement).
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI/ADFdi tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain management processes
- Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in change management and user training.
- Ability to perform analytics and proficient in Hyperion & Power BI.
