The Royal Caribbean Group’s Guest Travel Services Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Strategy & Analytics - Guest Travel Services reporting to the Director, Travel Partnerships.
The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.

Position Summary / Job Purpose:
The Manager, Strategy & Analytics – Guest Travel Services is the strategic leader responsible for shaping the analytical vision, commercial strategy, and performance optimization of the company’s ancillary travel offerings. This role oversees a high‑performing analytics team—including the Lead, Strategy & Analytics and Senior Analyst—and ensures that data-driven insights guide product design, pricing, loyalty engagement, and guest experience enhancements across the travel portfolio.
The Manager acts as the primary strategic thought partner to Guest Travel Services leadership, synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies, identifying emerging opportunities, and leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, people leadership, and deep analytical expertise.
Core Competencies and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define the long-term strategy for Guest Travel Services analytics, aligning insights into departmental and enterprise-level objectives.
- Drive strategic roadmap for ancillary travel products, including pricing strategy, product packaging, loyalty engagement, and digital experience enhancements.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish performance targets, KPI frameworks, and measurement methodologies.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Directly manage and develop two team members:
- Lead, Strategy & Analytics – Guest Travel Services
- Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics – Guest Travel Services
- Provide coaching, mentorship, workload prioritization, and skill development to elevate team analytical rigor and output quality.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Analytics, Insights & Decision Support
- Oversee the development of advanced forecasting, scenario planning, segmentation, and pricing models supporting travel related ancillary revenue growth.
- Guide deep-dive analyses on traveler behavior, attach rates, loyalty utilization, and product performance to identify commercial opportunities.
- Review, refine, and elevate insights, ensuring analytical accuracy, strategic alignment, and strong executive narrative quality.
- Work on Proof-of-Concept Strategies aligned to each Brand Strategic Objectives.
Cross-Functional Strategy & Influence
- Serve as the primary analytics and strategy partner to Guest Travel Services leadership.
- Collaborate with Revenue Planning & Analysis Department, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and IT/Systems to support product innovation, promotions, and new business cases.
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and strategic storytelling.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams on product optimization, innovation, and guest experience improvements.
Data Utilization & Executive Communication
- Oversee scorecards, and executive presentations summarizing key performance trends and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and narrative strength in all insights delivered to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Operational & Analytical Excellence
- Identify opportunities to evolve team methodologies, analytics infrastructure, testing frameworks, and actively utilize data tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of strategic projects, insights, and analyses that drive measurable financial and operational results.
- Champion the use of data to improve guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
Professional Experience:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Strategy, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or commercial insights roles.
- Proven experience managing analysts or leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, pricing analytics, behavioral insights, or revenue optimization.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of translating complex analytics into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Experience building or leading analytical frameworks, test-and-learn programs, or strategic planning.
Preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Analytics, or similar).
- Experience in travel, hospitality, transportation, or related consumer-driven industries.
