The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Information Security has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager, Security Culture and Human Risk Management reporting to the AVP of Governance, Risk & Compliance.
The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.
Position Summary:
Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Security Culture and Human Risk Manager to champion the development of a security-conscious organizational culture. This role will lead a team responsible for driving sustained behavior change through targeted training, communications, campaigns, and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between technical security teams and the broader organization, fostering an environment where cybersecurity awareness is deeply ingrained in daily practices. They will collaborate across functions to craft impactful human risk management strategies, develop role-based content, and deliver engaging educational programs to a global audience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in training, education, or related disciplines, manage a team of 4 people and:

Develop and execute a comprehensive security awareness and human risk management strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead and mentor a team responsible for creating and delivering security training, change management campaigns, communication materials, and behavior interventions.

Design and implement engaging, role-specific training programs delivered via computer-based platforms, live webinars, and in-person sessions across global locations.

Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and end users to develop tailored content that effectively influences behavior.

Craft clear, compelling communications about cybersecurity best practices, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Host and coordinate organizational events focused on cybersecurity education, fostering a culture of security awareness and empowerment.

Consult on the user experience of cybersecurity tools and services to improve adoption and effective use.

Develop and implement changes that support new security initiatives and technologies.

Analyze human risk data and behavioral metrics, communicate insights to leadership and recommending interventions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends, human risk factors, and best practices in security awareness and behavior change.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in security awareness, human risk management, education, or communication fields.

Experience leading small, highly focused team in the development of training content.

Experience building relationships and trust.

Experience training customers, business partners, suppliers, and employees.

A strong desire to apply your knowledge and experiences to cybersecurity.

Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging messages.

Experience designing and delivering training content across digital, virtual, and in-person formats.

Self-starter with demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Familiarity with change management principles and techniques.

Experience analyzing behavioral data and translating insights into actionable strategies.

Graphic design or multimedia content creation experience.

Experience working within a global organization or in a multinational environment.
Desired but not required:
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, policies, and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of Jira and Kanban methodologies.
