Royal Caribbean Group’s Guest Travel Services Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Strategy & Analytics - Guest Travel Services reporting to the Director, Travel Partnerships.
The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Lead, Strategy & Analytics – Guest Travel Services serves as the senior-most contributor on the strategy and analytics team, responsible for leading high-impact analytical projects, guiding the team of analysts, and providing strategic insights that shape the company’s auxiliary travel offerings.
Reporting to the Manager, Strategy, this role focuses on ensuring that data-driven insights inform product packaging, pricing strategies, and guest experience enhancements. The Lead translates complex datasets into actionable recommendations, identifies trends, and influences decision-making across Product Development, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead high-impact analytical travel related initiatives to optimize performance and profitability of ancillary travel products bundled with cruise bookings.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Senior Analyst, elevating team analytical rigor and insight delivery.
• Develop advanced forecasting, pricing, and consumer behaviour models to support value-based and loyalty-driven travel offerings.
• Analyze traveller behaviour, loyalty tier engagement, and purchase patterns to recommend targeted product bundles and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to evaluate new product ideas, promotions, and partnerships.
• Build dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to the Manager, Strategy, influencing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies within the Guest Travel Services team.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making through data.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling with data.
• Ability to work independently while guiding and mentoring others.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Delivery of actionable, data-driven insights that improve travel related ancillary revenue per guest and optimize product offerings.
• Successful mentorship and development of team members, resulting in high-quality output and analytical capability growth.
• Enhanced conversion, attach rates, and loyalty-driven engagement through targeted recommendations.
• Timely and accurate execution of analytics projects supporting strategic decisions.
• Creation of clear, visually compelling dashboards and executive-level presentations.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams resulting in measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
Qualifications and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred (MS in Analytics, MBA, or similar).
• Certifications in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or commercial insights roles.
• Strong background in analyzing consumer behaviour, loyalty programs, and product performance.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading small project teams.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, forecasting, pricing models, and visualization tools.
• Travel, hospitality, or transportation experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Synthesizes complex data into recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Works effectively with multiple departments to influence outcomes.
• Identifies new methods, frameworks, or tools to enhance analytical capability.
• Prioritizes insights that improve guest experience and drive business results.
