Analyst, Project - IT Delivery

Project Analyst Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to support our project management efforts across multiple tracks in the Royal XperienceS program. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution by managing documentation, facilitating Agile processes, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Documentation & Workflow Management: Maintain and organize project documentation, workflows, and deliverables for all tracks within Confluence and Jira to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
• Agile Ceremony Coordination: Ensure that all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) are scheduled, properly documented, and that relevant artifacts are up to date across all tracks.
• Goal Monitoring & Support: Collaborate with each track to assist in achieving bi-weekly and quarterly objectives, providing support and oversight as needed.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and update milestone and deliverable progress reports regularly, communicating status updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Risk & Dependency Tracking: Monitor project risks and dependencies, assisting in the identification, mitigation, and resolution efforts to keep projects on track.
• Resource Coverage & Time Off Management: Document and coordinate vacation and time off for delivery resources, ensuring adequate coverage across all tracks.
• Tools & Methodologies Proficiency: Develop a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and PowerBI tools to facilitate delivery and reporting.
• Data Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within Jira and Confluence, supporting accurate reporting and seamless project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Experience with project management tools:
• Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) experience is a must.
• Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
