About the Department:

Guest Travel Services (GTS) at Royal Caribbean Group is the internal organization responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering all travel-related services for the company’s brands and operations Globally. Rather than outsourcing to a traditional Travel Management Company (TMC), GTS operates as a fully in-house global travel function. The team procures and manages a broad portfolio of travel solutions, including commercial air, charter flights, private ground transportation, ride share programs, rental cars, hotel accommodations, and travel technology platforms such as CRS tools and travel content aggregators. Their role ensures travelers receive the best value, flexibility, and service while supporting the company’s operational goals and brand standards.

GTS supports multiple travel segments across Royal Caribbean Group, including corporate travel, guest air programs, marine/crew travel, and travel needs for private island destinations. Additionally, GTS operates a 24/7 travel services center that handles reservations, itinerary support, disruptions, and traveler care across all global operations. The combination of procurement, technology management, and around-the-clock operational support makes GTS a strategic engine within the organization—one that ensures seamless global mobility for crew, guests, and corporate travelers alike.
