- Establish enterprise KPIs and performance frameworks; build executive-ready dashboards and narratives (e.g., Power BI) that translate data into insights, forecasts, and decisions.
- Drive cross-functional process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/Agile toolkits; facilitate workshops, author standards, and lead change management to land new ways of working.
- Standardize scheduling software configurations and data structures across internal teams, yards, suppliers, and external design firms to enable portfolio consolidation and benchmarking.

- Translate long-term Design demand (10-year outlook) into capacity and resource plans; recommend investments, sequencing options, and phasing to balance cost, risk, and value.
- Partner closely with shipyards, Business Excellence, Mission Control (PMO), Corporate stakeholders, Finance, and Operations to align plans, remove impediments, and deliver outcomes.
- Champion capability building—develop training, playbooks, and communities of practice; mentor design leaders and teams to self-sufficiently apply methods and tools.
