Sr. Analyst, ESG Project Management

NOTE: This is a full-time in-person role based in the company’s headquarters in Miami, FL. Applicants must be available to work in Miami– Thursday, with work from home on Friday.

 

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for day-to-day project management and monitoring of RCG ESG partnerships and engage necessary internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress of the company’s goals and commitments. Support the end-to-end process of annual sustainability and ESG reports in partnership with department leader and a cross-functional team of stakeholders. This includes the processes for collecting, and summarizing the content for reports, data collection, and report design. Individual is a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and natural curiosity, as our group relies on communicating effectively with departments throughout the entire company.


Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management and monitoring of RCG’s ESG partnerships.
  • Work with other departments and external stakeholders to develop and monitor projects/initiatives/deliverables related to RCG ESG partnerships, commitments and goals.
  • Monitor, track progress against and lead contact with all stakeholders to achieve ESG goals and metrics related to partnerships.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise in the project management of ESG goals and RCG ESG partnerships.
  • Conduct ESG research and benchmarking as needed for executive presentations.
  • Develop Board of Directors, ESG Steering Committee, and other executive presentations on key ESG issues and updates in partnership with department leader.
  • Responsible for data and analytical rigor, accuracy and completeness of all work related to RCG ESG partnerships and ESG goals.
  • Drive continuous system and process improvement for the ESG department.
  • Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by the department leader.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years professional experience required.
  • Strong analytical, technical and database management, visualization and reporting skills.
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and passion on the ESG subject and all matters that support it.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and communicate findings.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) essential; Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
