Royal Caribbean Group’s Employee experience team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr Analyst, Wellness Shipboard and Island Employee Experience reporting to the Dir, Glbl Employee Experience.

This role will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary

This position plays a key role in the organization and execution of the employee wellbeing strategy, with a strong emphasis on ship and private destination crew. This role will serve as the overall wellbeing expert on the Employee Experience (EX) Team that will drive programs focused on improving the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of employees. He/she will advocate and consult with cross-functional partners, manage wellness related programs, track reporting of key wellness related areas and play a critical role in the implementation of programming. 
 
This role requires an advocate for wellbeing that is highly strategic, and proactive.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Wellbeing Project Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead wellness related projects from initiation to completion by developing project plans, tracking milestones, and managing timelines to ensure initiatives are executed effectively. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals. 
  • Communicates on a cadenced basis with leadership on wellness related ship and private destination initiatives. 
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing wellness programs, providing recommendations for enhancements. 
  • Assist in planning and managing budgets for wellness initiatives, ensuring efficient global implementation. 
  • Support development of wellness related program proposals that advocate new ship and island programs. 
  • Oversee management of the Employee Assistance Program, including driving utilization and education. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Serve as a wellbeing representative in meetings and discussions, helping to implement improvements to ship and island wellbeing related projects. 
  • Partner with Ship and Island HR, benefits, health vendors, and leadership to develop integrated wellbeing strategies and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.  

Advanced Reporting & Insights 

  • Analyzes key data around wellbeing and produces reports to educate and advocate. May include data related to EAP, onboard and island medical benefit usage and other related wellness metrics. 

 
Qualifications knowledge & skills: 

 

  • 2+ years of experience with wellbeing and/or ship or private destination experience preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, HR operations, consulting, business analysis, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with a track record of managing multiple projects at once. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and levels. 
  • Comfortable working with data—both qualitative and quantitative—and drawing actionable insights. 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet.  
  • Strategic and detail-oriented – can zoom in to manage the details and zoom out to see the bigger picture. 
  • Collaborative by nature – can bring people together and help others move work forward. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – initiative-taking and resourceful, even when everything is not clearly defined. 
  • Committed to people - care deeply about the employee experience and want to help create an inclusive, meaningful workplace. 
  • Wellbeing Advocate - Knowledge of employee wellness programs and industry best practices.
