Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Recruiting team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr Analyst, Corporate Responsibility Reporting, reporting to the Manager Corporate Responsibility Reporting.

 

This role will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary

The position serves as a critical function in the development and execution of the company’s annual Sustainability Report. It is responsible for multiple tasks from initial planning through to final publication, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance. The role ensures disclosure content supports other reporting needs, produces rating agency reports and gap assessments, tracks sustainability targets and KPIs, contributes to sustainability data reporting governance and guidelines, and handles training of data owners and validators. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Team’s development of the company’s annual Sustainability Report and other disclosure efforts to meet voluntary reporting expectations (GRI, SASB) and in response to emerging regulations (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, etc.).  
  • Leverage available technology solutions like the sustainability reporting software (Workiva) and the Data Management System that support reliable and auditable sustainability data for disclosures.  
  • Manage the assurance and verification process for sustainability data relating to the company’s Annual Sustainability Report and compliance with enhanced reporting guidelines. 
  • Prepare responses to ESG-focused inquiries from investors, non-governmental organizations, and ESG raters and rankers (CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, DJSI) in partnership with teams across the business. 
  • Conduct gap assessments and benchmarking on RCG’s reporting (CDP, TCFD, UN SDGs) and ESG ratings (DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, Glass Lewis, and ISS). 
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external partners to develop measurement approaches for reporting impacts and progress on targets and KPIs. 
  • Expand quantitative reporting in alignment with regulations and international standards and ensure governance practices and controls are met to produce reliable and auditable ESG data. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in reporting frameworks and standards, as well as SEC and international regulations on ESG performance and risks. 
  • Track and monitor global development of regulatory requirements related to ESG reporting. 
  • Support and facilitate Corporate Responsibility projects and initiatives as needed, in partnership with subject matter experts across the organization. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, MBA or graduate degree preferred. 
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant corporate experience; large consultancy background preferred. 
  • Experience in successfully leading and coordinating cross-functional corporate initiatives with demonstrated project management expertise. 
  • Ability to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently. 
  • Natural curiosity, drive, and passion for sustainability topics. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. 
  • Strong hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization, and reporting. 
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required, Workiva preferred. 
  • Proficiency with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, preferred.
