Sr AE, International Marketing

The International Marketing, Sr. Account Executive will support the international team by managing the day-to-day operations and execution of all digital campaigns. This person will collaborate with multiple internal teams such as, Web Teams, Creative Services, Promotions, Social Teams, Brand Marketing and Strategy, as well as external Creative and Social Agencies for activation and optimizations across all digital channels.




  • Responsible for briefing the external creative agency on all campaign goals and required materials and timeline. Must ensure that all creative materials are delivered in a timely manner prior to each new promotion.
  • Produce display, paid social media and online video traffic workbooks which include linking URLs with tracking tags and the creative rotation by site and placement. Will also deliver the traffic workbooks (with instructions) to the Media Agency within the established timelines.
  • Build tracking codes with Campaign Naming Convention tool and ensure all codes are accurately flowing into Adobe Analytics Web reporting platform. 
  • Support media partnership campaign globally
  • Responsible for updating the Deals Page and Homepage for each flash sale and QA that the correct promotion is visible, in language, on each market¿s website. 
  • Create Homepage and Deals page performance report once a month. Work with Sr. Web Account Executive to recommend creative and copy optimization based on data findings.
  • Create PCP email creative for all PCP flash sales and create engagement emails for CRM team in language for each market. 
  • Work with Go To Market team and help strategize how each international market will support new product launches and campaigns.
  • Ad-hoc creative/other requests.




  • Previous hands-on work experience in Digital Media and Web marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot.
  • Well-organized, with firm follow-through skills.
  • Highly-motivated and tech savvy with a desire to expand their knowledge of digital media strategies and tactics.
  • Experience working with creative teams on design and objectives of our digital media assets.
  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Has demonstrated a strong attention to detail and accuracy in previous position(s).
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, able to handle continual change, flexible and works well under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of Adobe Analytics and associated campaign tracking, strongly preferred.
  • General understanding of Photoshop strongly preferred.


  • Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; MBA preferred; or one to three years related business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Work Environment: 
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The environment includes travel throughout the fleet, both domestic and international, working in a shipboard function. A high noise level is possible if visiting shipboard or offsite locations.
