Senior Product Content Analyst (Graphic Designer)

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary:

Royal Caribbean Group’s Corporate Communications team is looking for someone to help drive creative development for social media, internal communications, executive-level presentations, and digital as well as display campaigns. This person must be a creative thinker and have experience with design and graphics editing softwares such as Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Key responsibilities include creating designs according to brand guidelines, specifications and improving design processes. This role will be responsible for new designs, enhancements to existing designs and recommendations on content layout to better connect with our employees as well as with an array of stakeholders at all levels. This includes creating a variety of communication products, including, but not limited to, newsletters, executive correspondence, playbooks, reports, and more. The ideal candidate will be innovative, energetic, self-motivated, a fast learner and a team player. This position will report to both the Director of Employee Communications, as well as the Associate Vice President of People and Outreach Strategy.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design, layout, and coordination of materials, such as: graphic assets (logos and product photos), digital assets such as creative visuals, video, internal email, web and dashboard templates, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Gathers information and materials needed from designated individuals to accomplish tasks.
  • Becomes familiar with Royal Caribbean Group brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity.
  • Works within existing brand guidelines and designs to create digital assets for our website, internal messages and platforms, executive-level and social media channels.
  • Serve as the lead on a variety of operational, strategic and storytelling projects.
  • Document, maintain, and communicate content delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and collaborate with team members from other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Three to five years year of graphic design or related experience.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • A passion for developing creative and engaging content for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • Bring creative concepts to life through content creation and visual enhancements.
  • Highly self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced collaborative environment, and work well within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple timeline-driven projects and meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Software: Proven experience in Mac and Windows applications, including InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and video editing is required.
  • Familiarity with HTML or CSS code preferred
  • Portfolio of work samples required.
