Royal Caribbean Group’s Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Producer, Multimedia reporting to the Lead, Producer.

 

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

 

Position Summary:

This role calls for a highly experienced video editor and visual storyteller who is also skilled in motion graphics, video production, and conceptual development. The Senior Multimedia Producer will take ownership of end-to-end multimedia content creation—from concept to final delivery—ensuring that all marketing assets reflect the brand’s premium positioning and engage our global audience. This individual will play a lead role in creative development, production execution, and post-production workflows, while also mentoring junior team members and working closely with cross-functional partners.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit engaging multimedia content across brand campaigns, digital and social platforms, internal communications, and experiential activations.
  • Develop and pitch visual concepts that align with marketing strategy, campaign goals, and brand voice.
  • Oversee and execute all aspects of video post-production: editing, sound design, motion graphics, color correction, and format exports for various platforms.
  • Serve as a senior editor for flagship brand content, sizzle reels, promotional videos, partner TV integrations, sponsorship spots, and major brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Manage video post-production workflows including asset organization, rough and final cuts, sound design, color correction, and format exports for various channels.
  • Support internal departments by delivering polished video content aligned with strategic goals across marketing, brand, international, hotel operations, and corporate teams.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to freelance editors and junior producers as needed; help maintain quality standards and brand alignment.
  • Be passionate about the latest technology, equipment, creative tools available in the production world: editing softwares, cameras, editing techniques, drone equipment, and what is popular in both photo and video.
  • Maintain and organizes digital video assets with proper file naming, metadata tagging, and versioning to ensure efficient asset management.
  • Helps source, organize, and catalog b-roll to build and maintain a robust content library for company-wide use.
  • Contributes to planning and production efforts as needed, with a focus on delivering engaging, high-performing video content.
  • Support supervisor in the production of media partner TV and sponsorships as needed.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3 + years of progressive marketing and/or production experience in a marketing and/or advertising agency or the production industry.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Demonstrated experience operating professional cameras (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic, etc.), capturing high-quality audio/video in studio and field environments.
  • Solid grasp of color grading and correction.
  • Familiarity with photography, including composition, lighting, and post-production, is a bonus.
  • Experience with cruise industry preferred but not required.
  • Highly detail oriented and passionate about finding solutions.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing for various formats (social, digital, internal, promotional).
  • Passionate for the process and work, and for people and relationship building.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers within a windows environment with e-mail, MS Word and Excel, and related printers and equipment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with marketing objectives.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and constantly looking for new ideas and techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • A solid understanding of content strategy and production.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment and meet tight deadlines.
