The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst. Revenue Strategy reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Strategy.

 

 

Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL 

 

The Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy is a core individual contributor on the Revenue Strategy team, supporting revenue growth initiatives through advanced analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role supports ancillary revenue programs (such as Paid Upgrades, Global Travel Insurance, Air Pricing & Promotion, Non‑Refundable Deposit Programs, and other incremental revenue initiatives) and partners closely with Product Development, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT to identify opportunities and evaluate performance. The Senior Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and analytical tools, assembling and validating large datasets, monitoring initiative performance against targets, translating insights into clear, executive‑ready materials, and communicating recommendations between different stakeholders. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Support ancillary and incremental revenue programs through ongoing performance analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze initiative results versus targets; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities using historical and recent trends.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance automated reporting tools, data models, and Power BI dashboards for Revenue Management.
  • Develop forecasts and scenario analyses to inform revenue outlooks at the market and channel level.
  • Prepare recurring performance updates, insights, and executive‑ready presentations for senior leadership.
  • Assemble, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability for decision‑making.
  • Partner with Product Development to evaluate revenue potential of new programs and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RM Product, IT, Accounting, and Operations to support sourcing and channel strategies.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency in reporting and analytics.
  • Support process improvements and standardization of metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage assigned deliverables and timelines; proactively flag risks, data issues, or dependencies.
  • Perform other analytical and reporting duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, or similar).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining Excel‑based analytical models and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity in approaching analytical and commercial challenges.
