The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, Treasury Ops reporting to the Director of Financial Risk Management.
This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.

If these words describe you, look no further! Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a high achiever to join our Treasury Department as a Senior Analyst. Come be part of the team that manages the money! This includes being on the front lines of our Treasury Operations team and seeing first-hand how the Capital Markets team functions. This is an opportunity to get highly sought after Treasury experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the daily liquidity management process including forecasting and reporting to management on the company’s liquidity position.
- Assist with cash settlements including preparing wiring instructions and ensuring cash management system (FIS Integrity) reflects settlements and bank balances properly.
- Work with accounting as needed to ensure general ledger journals are accurate for cash activity.
- Assist with FX Trade booking, buying/selling currencies via FXALL.
- Support Treasury Operations and Financial Risk Management with ad-hoc analysis and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively look for ways to streamline and increase efficiency within the department.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
- MBA, CPA, CTP or CFA (including candidate) a plus.
- FIS Integrity and FXALL familiarity a plus.
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic concepts for forecasting and liquidity a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across the company, influence decisions and recommend a course of action based on data.
- Detail oriented and possess superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive process improvement by implementing checks and balances and identifying process steps that can be automated.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with planning software (Oracle Smart View), ERP software (Oracle), visualization tools (PowerBI), and data analytics tools (Databricks, SQL, Python are a plus).
- Ability to produce high quality and error free work under tight deadlines.
