The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst of Value Creation & Strategic Initiatives which is part of our broader Corporate Finance & Strategy group.
This position works on-site in Miami, Florida
Position Summary:
As a key member of the Corporate Finance and Strategy teams reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Value Creation & Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving value creation initiatives across Royal Caribbean Group’s portfolio of investments (including joint ventures and wholly owned entities). Primary responsibilities will include (1) Supporting our investment management office for a portfolio of approximately 30 investment entities; (2) Driving the creation and execution of value creation efforts within specific investments and across the investment portfolio; and (3) Supporting other strategic initiatives across the Royal Caribbean Group (as capacity permits).
The Senior Analyst will be a self-starter and natural leader with excellent problem solving (both quantitative and qualitative) and verbal/communications skills. They will have the maturity and confidence to interface with company executives, and humble self-aware personal style that enables them to work with cross-functional teams on reaching consensus around solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and Director of Value Creation and Strategic Initiatives on design, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Lead the coordination of data gathering, financial analysis, KPI development, and portfolio performance reporting (annual and quarterly), including internal metrics and tracking.
- Support portfolio value creation initiatives through ambiguous problem solving, data-driven quantitative analysis, meticulous implementation planning, and impactful change management.
- Partner with M&A and Corporate Strategy teams on the underwriting and value creation thesis of future investments.
- Develop and execute investment exit strategies, including value creation narratives, sell-side readiness, and divestment transaction support.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to coordinate stakeholders toward common goals.
- Employees will be required to perform other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- A Bachelors Degree is required / Masters degree desirable.
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience.
- Corporate finance and/or strategy background preferred (e.g., consulting, investment banking, private equity).
- Strong analytical, finance, and research skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to drive complex issues to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise good business judgement..
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, motivated to complete tasks promptly, and a strong desire to learn and deliver an excellent work product.
- Open-minded, flexible, collaborative team-player, and able to listen to others.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, including the use of AI tools where appropriate.
