The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, Revenue Management reporting to the Manager, Revenue Strategy & Analytics.
Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL
This Sr Analyst is responsible for the ongoing reporting on business performance, recent trends, tactics, long term strategies, and promotional activities. As a member of the Commercial Strategy team, this person will be responsible for helping to provide guidance on strategic commercial direction, clearly communicate and delineate needs and opportunities across different teams, as well as coordinate promotional levers to help drive business. This person will be key in maintaining a bridge between Revenue and other departments by keeping a close relationship with sales, marketing, international, revenue, and e-commerce teams. This person will assist in the creation of weekly presentations that provide high-value information across teams to take high-stake business decisions. This individual will also have direct and frequent exposure to leadership across departments through means of regular presentations on topics that include recent performance, tactics and long-term strategies. This person will assist in ad hoc analysis, development and coordination of product strategies, and creating tactical game plans. This person is responsible for reporting and communicating promotional and merchandising tactics and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the continuous communication and reporting on business performance, trends, commercial tactics, as well as long term strategies to different commercial teams and leaders.
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination, communication, and reporting for promotional and merchandising tactics as well as reporting on Targeted Offers performance.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing and product teams to help brainstorm, develop and execute promotional strategies
- Responsible for monitoring Competitive promotional and Merchandising strategies
- Responsible for putting together weekly presentations that effectively communicate key areas of focus and opportunities for commercial teams that provide clear guidance to help drive high-stake business decisions.
- Responsible for presenting regularly on topics that include recent performance, tactics, and business status to leadership across departments.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with sales, marketing, international, revenue operations, product and e-commerce teams.
- Help plan and coordinate commercial strategies with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce to drive strong trading performance.
- Maintain, optimize, and create analytical tools, including understanding of demand trends and booking curves by key segments, finding efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for reporting improvements.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master’s degree (MA) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university required with focus in quantitative discipline preferred.
- Two to four years related experience in financial / business analysis or related field required.
- Must be able to demonstrate understanding of revenue management concepts and tools and demonstrate understanding of basic economics.
- Previous experience with Sales or Marketing preferred.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret revenue performance data
- Ability to operate in cross functional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills
- Ability to operate in a team environment
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Excel, Hyperion Studio, Word & PowerPoint
