Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, Product Development on the Marketing – Product Development Team reporting to the Manager, Product Development.
This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:
In this position, you would function as an integral part of the Celebrity Cruises Product Development Team, and more specifically, the Commercial Strategy team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the evaluation and sizing of commercial, product, and guest experience opportunities to maximize revenue, profitability, and strategic value.
- Develop and maintain financial models used to assess commercial initiatives, investment opportunities, operating strategies, and long-term planning scenarios.
- Partner cross-functionally to build business cases and P&L analyses for new initiatives, leveraging data, benchmarks, and analytical frameworks to support recommendations.
- Lead and partner with Finance to develop, submit, and monitor capital requests to secure funding for brand strategy and innovation projects, including building and substantiating business cases, and once approved, tracking financial spend and updating forecasts in partnership with brand finance and newbuild finance. Serve as a trusted advisor to the broader finance community within the corporation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and research to support decision-making related to future products, experiences, and commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across revenue management, finance, marketing, hotel operations, product development, deployment, and other functions to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and develop actionable insights.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and supporting materials that translate complex analyses into concise, persuasive, and thoughtful stories.
- Contribute to a highly collaborative team environment by effectively communicating findings, incorporating diverse perspectives, and supporting alignment across stakeholder groups.
- Develop a strong understanding of cruise industry dynamics, consumer behavior, commercial drivers, and financial performance metrics to guide analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or another relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of experience in business, strategy, analysis, brand / product marketing, or another relevant field.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including intricate knowledge not only of advanced formulas (such as index-match), but also Excel problem solving abilities to extract analysis and insights from large data sets. Knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with rapidly-changing goals and priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual.
- Possess strong financial modeling, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong listening, presentation, persuasion, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see interdependencies of various functions and bring them together for common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Strong knowledge of the cruise industry preferred.
