Senior Analyst, Precruise Revenue

The Royal Caribbean Group’s Onboard Revenue team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, Precruise Revenue reporting to our Manager, Pricing and Promo Automation,

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst will own strategic pricing and inventory management for all Precruise Planner (PCP) products (Beverage, Shorex, Internet, Dining, Spa, Photo, etc.) for the Royal Caribbean International brand. This role will drive revenue optimization, lead process innovation, and influence system enhancements to maximize business performance. Reporting to the Lead, Precruise Revenue Analytics, the Senior Analyst will act as a key partner to leadership, ensuring the brand captures every revenue opportunity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end pricing and inventory strategy for PCP products, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Marketing, and Operations to develop terms, launch new products, and execute promotions seamlessly.
  • Drive system and process enhancements, partnering with technology teams to improve automation, efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership, influencing pricing decisions and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee inventory loading schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Drive quality assurance for pricing and inventory across multiple systems during frequent promotions and updates.
  • Communicate global offers and performance targets to international markets, ensuring alignment and revenue optimization.
  • Mentor and train team members on system enhancements and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Essbase (SmartView), Hyperion, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into business impact.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing decisions across multiple levels.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; minimum three years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of operational personnel. 
  • Strong computer and analytical skills are required.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering and growing global revenue goals - 2025F: $1.75B Sailed PCP Revenue; 2026F: $2B Sailed PCP Revenue
