Royal Caribbean Group’s Human Resources Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, People & Outreach Programs reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation

 

Position Summary: 

The Senior Analyst, People & Outreach Programs will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of critical global projects and initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally to drive project efficiencies, track progress, and provide insights that enable effective decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support program and project management efforts by developing timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying dependencies to ensure deliverables are met. 
  • Gather, analyze, and report on program performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordination, and alignment on key strategic initiatives. 
  • Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and dashboards to provide visibility into program status and outcomes. 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the enhancement of program management methodologies. 
  • Ensure program documentation is maintained, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. 
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement by preparing key updates and materials for leadership reviews. 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agile Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Curious mindset with 3-5 years of experience in program/project management, business analysis, or a similar role  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Action-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Agile certification preferred; PMP, CAPM accepted 
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
