The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst of Oracle Projects and Fixed Assets reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems & Automation.
This position works on-site in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
Royal Caribbean Cruises is transitioning from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion Cloud. We are seeking an ERP Functional Lead with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, Projects, Lease, Account Reconciliation and General Ledger to support our final implementation stages and long-term stabilization. This role will ensure ERP solutions are optimized, compliant, and aligned with Finance and accounting needs. The Senior Analyst will drive functional setups, process optimization, integration, reporting, and user support across Finance and Accounting teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stabilization & Support
- Provide post-go-live support for Oracle Fusion Finance (FA, Projects, Lease, ARCS and GL).
- Troubleshoot issues (transaction errors, data integrity, reporting discrepancies) and work with IT/consultants as needed.
- Monitor scheduled processes, resolve errors, and support month-end and year-end close.
- Refinement & Enhancement
- Review existing configurations and recommend process improvements.
- Manage functional setups and update configuration packages when changes are required.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancement requests and prioritize the functional backlog.
- Testing & Change Management
- Lead testing for patches, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Create/maintain test scripts, coordinate testing and track defects.
- Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for Finance users.
- Integrations & Data
- Manage functional data uploads using FBDI and ADFdi.
- Reconcile data between AP, Project Expenditure, Lease, ARCS and GL.
- Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and IT to support system governance.
- Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates and industry best practices.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E Business Suite.
- Solid understanding of business processes and accounting principles (GAAP, Asset Capitalization, Depreciation, Project Accounting etc.)
- Experience with ERP data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting tools.
- Experience in defining business requirements and managing product roadmaps, including defining data needs, cutover support, and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Previous experience in product ownership is required.
- Fusion Finance: FA, Projects, ARCS, Lease; Configuration.
- Integrations/Data: FBDI, ADFdi; and OIC.
- Reporting: OTBI, Advanced Excel; basic SQL.
- Testing: patches, quarterly release testing.
- Operations: Scheduled process monitoring, reconciliations.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Financial or Accounting relevant modules.
- Experience with Oracle Modules (e.g, Gl, AP, FA, AR0 is a plus).
- Experience working in a multi-entity, global finance environment.
