Royal Caribbean Group’s International Market Planning Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Analyst, International Pre-Cruise Planning & Onboard Revenue reporting to the Senior Manager, Pre-Cruise & Onboard Strategy and Performance.
This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst supports strategic planning and performance management for Pre-Cruise Planner (PCP) and Casino revenue across all international markets. This role combines data analysis, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to help identify trends, shape tactical recommendations, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong business acumen, and is passionate about turning insights into action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze onboard revenue trends across products and regions, and identify performance drivers or gaps for leadership and market stakeholders. (Execute)
- Develop and deliver recurring performance decks and insights (e.g., trading decks, hotel ops, market updates) to ensure teams remain informed, aligned, and accountable. (Execute)
- Collaborate with Hotel Ops, Marketing, and BI teams to define and deploy performance-driving strategies and localized promotions. (Consult)
- Support new initiatives such as IRC expansion, segmented offers, app adoption, and trade vs. direct analysis by providing insights and recommendations. (Execute)
- Drive test-and-learn agenda, documenting learnings from promos and partnering with key markets to scale successes. (Consult)
- Coordinate market-level performance conversations and own follow-ups with MDs and regional teams to improve engagement and visibility. (Consult)
- Mentor junior team members and support onboarding of new hires by sharing insights and best practices. (Consult)
- Partner with BI to streamline dashboards, automate reporting, and enhance access to critical metrics. (Consult)
- Support content development for internal and executive presentations. (Execute)
- Lead ad hoc strategic deep dives to uncover growth opportunities or explain performance shifts. (Execute).
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing, operations, CRM, or business analytics role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with campaign systems (Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
- High degree of organization with strong attention to detail required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
- Proactive mindset, eager to learn and embrace ownership of tasks and projects.
- Strong desire to grow skillset, particularly regarding data analytics & strategic decision making.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with international business environments and marketing practices a plus.
