Senior Analyst, Deployment Strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
The Sr. Analyst Deployment Strategy position will influence the strategic direction and financial performance of the company and will look for synergies and opportunities for the Silversea brand to consider. This position will conduct quantitative analyses, competitive research, and market analyses to drive the strategic and detailed itinerary planning. The analyst will also identify new ports to be considered for investment or inclusion on their region’s respective itineraries. The role will work with cross-functionally to confirm and execute the desired itineraries. The Sr. Analyst will partner with various ports, port agents, destinations as well as several internal teams to resolve berth congestion and optimize the fleet’s itineraries. Will incorporate various constraints among others but including environmental, infrastructure, geopolitical, weather into the detailed planning. There will be significant exposure to senior management with the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Destination Experiences, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, International and other departments within the brand. Assignments within Deployment and Itinerary Planning will typically involve quantitative and qualitative analysis of a competitive situation, development of recommendations, and written and/or oral presentation of those recommendations to Senior Management.
