Royal Caribbean Group’s Creative Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Account Executive, Social Media Producer reporting to the Manager, Social Media.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Social Producer is the operational backbone of Silversea’s social media content productions. This role owns the end-to-end logistics of every shoot — from travel planning and vendor coordination to on-site execution.

The Social Producer reports to the Manager, Social Media (Creative) and works closely with the entire Social Media team, including the Influencer Manager, Content Creators, Copywriter, and Head of Social.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages end-to-end social content productions (pre-production, production, post-production) to deliver high-quality content on schedule and within scope.
  • Owns project budgets, accruals, and forecasts, optimizing spend and reporting financial status to stakeholders.
  • Develops and enforces clear scopes of work and contract terms with agencies, vendors, and partners to mitigate risk and ensure deliverable alignment.
  • Coordinates complex logistics, including itineraries and ship operations, to enable efficient on-location productions.
  • Identifies risks and drives timely resolutions or escalations to protect quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Improves production workflows and documentation to increase efficiency and consistency across social content programs.
  • Plans and manages all production travel — flights, hotels, ship bookings, and ground transportation — for the full team and any external collaborators.
  • Builds and maintains production schedules, call sheets, and shot lists.
  • Coordinates pre-production planning with ship operations teams and shore excursion contacts to confirm logistics, permits, and location approvals ahead of each voyage.
  • Tracks all production spend and procurement.
  • Manages permitting for all production activity, including drone operations and location permits across ports and onboard.
  • Oversees appearance and location release forms, ensuring all documentation is signed, filed, and synced with Legal.
  • Manages all production equipment through travel: responsible for packing, inventorying, and physically overseeing all gear bags from departure through return.
  • Owns the ATA Carnet process end-to-end — preparing documentation, interfacing with customs officers at each port of entry, and ensuring full compliance for international equipment travel.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in production operations, project management, or production coordination within agency, brand, or media production environments; background working with cruise lines is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing travel logistics for multi-person productions, including vendor and contractor coordination.
  • Experience building and managing production schedules across the full shoot lifecycle — from pre-production planning through post-trip asset handoff.
  • Experience with international equipment travel and ATA Carnets strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with UGC creators, travel influencers, or content creator ecosystems — including how brand partnerships and on-location shoots are structured.
  • Experience working within corporate travel and procurement processes (Concur or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Background in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end media production is a strong plus.
  • Experience managing production permits, including drone operations and location permits across domestic and international destinations.
  • Experience coordinating appearance and location release forms in a production or brand content environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint for project documentation, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfortable with corporate travel booking platforms; Concur experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms.
  • Experience with content production workflows — understands how shoots are structured, sequenced, and handed off across pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Communicates clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborates effectively across disciplines and influences outcomes without relying on formal authority.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, task prioritization, and time management under changing conditions.
  • Adapts to evolving responsibilities and environments with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Anticipates problems, escalates appropriately, and drives practical resolutions to keep projects on track.
  • Travel-ready: willing and able to travel internationally approximately every 2–3 months.
