The Royal Caribbean Group’s Onboard Revenua team has an exciting career opportunity for a full Lead, Data Analyst reporting to the Manager, Onboard Revenue Analytics & Data Science.
Position Overview
The Manager, Land Programs plays a critical role in shaping and executing Silversea’s premium pre- and post-cruise land offerings. This position is responsible for the strategic development, operational oversight, and financial performance of over 100 global land and city stay programs, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction, brand differentiation, and revenue growth.
1. Strategic Leadership & Product Development
- Define and execute the long-term vision for pre/post land programs and bespoke experiences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- Lead the creation of product plans and development concepts, managing and annual portfolio exceeding $20M in revenue.
- Continually optimize the product mix based on guest feedback, market trends, and performance data to enhance satisfaction and product.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee global operations of all land programs, ensuring seamless execution, cost efficiency, and high service standards.
- Maintain and manage the land programs database and inventory, ensuring alignment with open deployment.
- Coordinate allocation sheets and voyage-specific details with tour operators to secure inventory and finalize pricing.
3. Vendor Management
- Conduct periodic bids and negotiate contracts with local operators to secure premium experiences.
- Analyze tiered net pricing structures and select optimal pricing based on historical trends and economic factors.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as primary liaison for Global Trade and Direct Sales Teams, responding to inquiries and shaping product narratives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to influence guest communications and pre-cruise materials.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications and Education
Education: 4-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferrable
Years of experience:
3+ years in Destination Management and/or Product Development experience in tourism or in the luxury cruise segment.
Essential qualifications and skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate with clients and internal management.
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows Based Programs.
- Capable of conducting travel.
- Problem solving / analytical skills.
- Prepare presentations using MS PowerPoint
- Project completion.
Financial Quantitive Responsibilities
Contributes to overseeing an annual budget of $20M+
