Lead for Digital Media

This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.

 

Position Summary:

The Lead for Digital Media will be responsible for day-to-day management, analysis, and implementation of paid media digital campaigns. This role supports the media team by being actively involved in planning, content recommendations, insights, and campaign management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The lead will collaborate with internal teams such as, Web, Creative Services, social teams, brand marketing and strategy, as well as the external media AOR for activation and optimizations across all digital channels. Ensures strategic direction and tactics are being executed cross-platforms and channels.
  • Comfortable with web analytics platforms and analyzing large sets of data to provide performance insights and future testing opportunities. Plays an integral role in leading A/B testing across channels and makes recommendations for optimization and future testing.
  • This person is well versed in 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data capabilities and works across agency partners to maximize performance based on data results. Collaborates with our Business Intelligence team to best leverage our 1st party data and ensure best-in class digital testing opportunities through Adobe Audience Manager.
  • The role will need to be well versed on Celebrity’s guest segmentation strategy and plan accordingly to the marketing calendar to meet critical deadlines. The lead will have experience executing digital marketing strategies and technologies and stay abreast of emerging technologies and opportunities in the media landscape.
  • Works with brand data and analysis to ensure alignment to agency reporting, with eye on KPIs and results. Responsible for attending weekly status and reporting calls with media agency as well assuring accuracy on reporting data.
  • Assist in recommendations to media optimizations and media budget.
  • Performs other duties and projects as required.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years digital media experience with hands-on experience across paid digital
  • media including programmatic and publisher direct channels,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot.
  • Experience working with a media agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Has demonstrated a strong attention to detail and accuracy in previous position(s).
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage continual change, be flexible, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Displays a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Hands on experience in paid media platforms working with DSPs, third party ad networks, social networks, Google AdWords/GDN, etc.
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Audience Manager. Additional knowledge or experience with DV360, iSpot, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Tableau, Tealium are a plus.
  • Experience supporting consumer brands especially travel, hospitality or luxury brands is a plus.
  • International experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
