The Royal Caribbean Group’s HR Transformation Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Unily System Admin Product Owner reporting to the Senior Director, HR Transformation.

 

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

 

The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.

 

Position Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and strategic Unily System Admin Product Owner to lead platform configuration, security, and ongoing optimization of our enterprise digital workplace. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, collaboratively develop the product roadmap, and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will oversee and deliver platform configuration, security settings, and feature enhancements to ensure a secure, user-friendly, and impactful digital experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Product Configuration & Security Management:
    • Deliver platform configuration efforts, including content structures, user permissions, access controls, and feature settings to meet business requirements.
    • Oversee platform security, ensuring proper user access, permissions, and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Requirements Translation & Delivery:
    • Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications, platform configurations, and feature implementations.
  • Collaborative Roadmap Development:
    • Partner with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to define, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap based on business priorities and platform capabilities.
    • Jointly identify opportunities for platform enhancements, security improvements, and user engagement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
    • Provide guidance and support for platform adoption, training, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
    • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and analytics to recommend and implement improvements.
    • Stay current with Unily updates, industry trends, and best practices for digital workplace platforms.
  • Security & Compliance Oversight:
    • Ensure platform configurations adhere to security policies, compliance standards, and internal governance.
    • Collaborate with security teams to maintain data privacy, encryption, and access controls.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital workplace platforms, intranet management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing platform configuration and security, preferably with Unily.
  • Hands-on experience with content management, portal configuration, and security best practices.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to develop requirements and product roadmaps.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and feature delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
