Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Strategic Delivery
-
Lead planning, delivery, and execution of complex transformation programs focused on upskilling, learning, ways of working, and leadership development across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

Drive program governance, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation, while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

Drive accountability for milestone achievement and deliverables through structured program management tools and practices.
Advanced Analysis & Insight Generation

Utilize a wide array of learning and upskilling data sources, including training participation records, skills assessment results, and feedback surveys, to generate targeted insights that inform executive decision-making.

Identify emerging trends, skill gaps, and potential risks within learning, upskilling, and ways of working initiatives to uncover opportunities for strategic enhancement.

Establish and rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics specifically tailored to transformation programs focused on employee learning, upskilling, and capability development.

Ensure that these metrics provide clear, measurable evidence of impact on workforce skills, adoption of new ways of working, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Translate complex data from learning initiatives, upskilling efforts, and changes in work practices into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Present insights in a way that enables informed decisions about future training investments, program adjustments, and approaches to embedding new ways of working across the organization.
Executive Communication & Change Enablement

Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and communication strategies for executive audiences, steering committees, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in all program documentation and artifacts, including charters, roadmaps, and progress reports.

Serve as a trusted advisor on change management approaches to drive adoption and engagement across the organization.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Build strong partnerships with functional leaders, project managers, and external consulting vendors to ensure seamless execution and integration of upskilling, ways of working, and learning initiatives.

Design and facilitate executive-level workshops, town halls, and engagement forums to drive alignment and collaboration across the NB department.

Act as a primary escalation point for program issues, resolving conflicts and enabling timely decision-making.

Collaborate closely with the change management leader to co-develop robust strategies that drive effective execution and ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization, specifically as it relates to leadership, learning and departmental ways of working.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Develop and implement best-in-class program management practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance program and team efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within portfolio of upskilling transformation initiatives.

Mentor and develop team members, building a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous learning.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Talent Management, Org Development, Communications, or related field required.
Experience
-
3-6 years of experience in project coordination, business transformation, human capital, or related roles.

Consulting experience strongly desired.
-
Experience with complex, multifaceted transformation or change initiatives preferred.
-
Industry experience in cruise, hospitality, or large-scale engineering/manufacturing is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Adobe Workfront, or similar).

Demonstrated ability to support and drive business transformation initiatives, including managing change, aligning stakeholders, building capability, and implementing process improvements.
